After a much needed summer break, which ended in a trip to Ireland for the Marathon, I'm happy to be back and busy this fall and into next year!

Projeto Brasileiro will be at Cafe Songhai on October 25. It's a West African restaurant and listening room up in north Atlanta. We're looking forward to premeiring some original music as well as some new covers of artsts like Airto Moreira, Moacir Santos, and Hermeto Pascoal!

And the week before that is my first show with "Gimme Springsteen", a cover band devoted to performing the music of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band all over the southeast. We're playing at the Bowl at Sugar Hill on Oct 18.

In addition, I'm now a part of Revel Radio, which is a corporate band based out of NYC, we play weddings and events all around the south and I've already been on 20+ gigs with them! It's been a blast traveling around and playing parties.

Recently I also went into the studio with Chris James Journey to record a few tracks on his upcoming Spoken Word/Neo Soul record, so be on the lookout for that release early 2025!

I've also been jumping in to sub or sit in with a lot of great local bands like Adam Hendley's Testifiers, Soul Candy, Imagine Brass Band, and a few others.

...and lastly, I'm happy to say that my teaching studio has filled up very nicely! I'm now teaching locally in Atlanta, Mondays through Thursdays, with 2 studios: Ztunes and Eclectic Music, both located around Virginia Highlands. I'm teaching private saxophone, clarinet, flute, and piano lessons, and doing some outreach in the local schools!

It feels great to be so busy and working with a variety of bands around the Atlanta area, and to be helping educate some of Atlanta's next generation of musicians at the same time!
